Please deliver the MP4 video on flash memory or hard disk with unlimited space, and one of the technicians in the Speakers’ Ready Room will assist as soon as you arrive at the Venue, and at least 2 hours before the start of the session.
There are 2 options available to Presenters of Free Video Presentations:
Either
‘Without Sound/Recorded Narration’ – which means you will narrate the video live in the hall. If you choose this option please create a silent video.
Or
‘With Voiceover/Recorded Narration’ – which means you will play your video with the recorded narration in the hall and will not narrate live. If you choose this option, please create a video with a voiceover.
