E-POSTER DISCUSSION

Free Paper and Free Video Presenters

Selected abstracts will be presented during dedicated ePoster Discussion Sessions, held in the ePoster area near to the Exhibition Hall.

Date: Thursday, 7 May and Friday, 8 May
Time: 13:05 – 14:25
Duration: 7 minutes per presentation (5-minute presentation followed by 2-minute Q&A)

Presenters are kindly requested to arrive at the ePoster area 10 minutes before the session begins and remain until the session concludes.

Additional information for Free Video Presenters:

  • The video submitted during the abstract submission process will be presented during the ePoster Discussion Session.

  • Duration: 7 minutes per presentation (5-minute video followed by 2-minute Q&A)


E-POSTER VIEWING

ePosters in this category do not have a dedicated presentation time.

They will be available:

  • On the Congress mobile app

  • At the onsite ePoster stations (near the Exhibition Hall) during Exhibition opening hours


REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:

All ePoster presenters must register and pay the applicable registration fee.

E-POSTER UPLOAD

Presenting authors will receive a dedicated upload link by email in due course.

The ePoster upload system will open soon.
Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 20 April 2026

ePoster Preparation Guidelines

Please prepare your ePoster according to the following technical specifications:

  • File Format: PDF file – 1 page
  • Orientation: Landscape Layout (16:9 ratio)
    • Create your poster in PowerPoint (Landscape 16:9) and save it as a PDF
  • Font types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana Times New Roman or Helvetica
  • Font size: > 11
  • Hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and embedded videos are not permitted
  • Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good picture quality is essential.
  • When inserting images, photos, tables, etc., use copy-paste. Do not use embedded documents
  • Avoid overlapping objects and layers. Only the final view/status will be visible
  • When saving your PDF please do not use symbols or special characters (ie. +/@/ü) in the file name
  • File size: Less than 5 MB
  • If you wish, you may use a template that can be downloaded here.

Please note that you may NOT save the file name with any characters or symbols – only letters and numbers, and no spaces in the file name.
By following the guidelines, you will ensure your e-poster is displayed correctly. If these instructions are not followed, your ePoster cannot be uploaded.
